USFS Closes Some Trails, Leaves Campgrounds Open

The closure is on the south side of the Yuba River Ranger District that generally includes the area between Highway 20 and Interstate 80. Woodbridge says that doesn’t include a couple of popular camping areas that are still open…

Woodbridge says most of the closures will not affect a lot ot people, but there are a couple of popular O-H-V routes such as Burlington Ridge and Chalk Bluff that will be off limits. The closures are in effect until further notice.
