Vegetation Fire Lorenson Road

A vegetation fire just north of Auburn was first reported just after 2:00 PM. According to Communications Officer Ryan Spence the fire was at Lorenson Road and Creekhaven.

CALFIRE Public Information Officer Lynne Tolmachoff says one outbuilding was destroyed.

Aircraft were released a little before 3:00 PM as ground units worked to contain the fire.
One civilian was treated for smoke inhalation and transported to a local hospital.

Cause of the fire is undetermined.
