Vegetation Fire Threatens Homes Campground

Evacuation orders have been lifted in the area of Greenhorn Campground, because of a vegetation fire, where an estimated 8 acres has been scorched, with containment estimated at 60 to 80% and forward progress stopped. No structures have been lost. But road closures are still in effect. Greenhorn Access Road is closed at Highway 174. Louis Road, the road to the campground, is also closed, as well as Rollins Lake Road. There were also some downed power lines reported.
