Veterans Day Celebrations in Grass Valley

The local celebration of Veterans Day at the Grass Valley Veterans Hall will begin at

10 o’clock this morning according to event organizer and Navy Captain retired, Cap Wallington.

He says, like last year, there will be a special recognition of all the Veterans in attendance.

Wallington explains why Veterans day is focused on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the Month of November.

The ceremony will be over at 11 o’clock but there’s still more for the veterans after that.
