Twin Cities Church did have in-person services during part of the summer and fall months, under coronavirus guidelines that restricted attendance to no more than 200 congregants per-service, before Nevada County fell to the most infectious Purple Tier. Fairchild also points out that a number of his congregation stayed away, even when in-person services were allowed, due to COVID fears.
