A loss prevention officer from KMart came over and identified Roylance as the suspect who had stolen items from the store. Because of Roylance’s extensive theft history he was booked into the jail with an enhanced charge of theft which is a felony.   Both Roylance and Phillips were also book for disorderly conduct for being drunk in public.
