The City Council approved use of the Veteran’s Building as a warming shelter in November, but only through January 22. . The Veterans building was used as a warming shelter for five consecutive nights last month, but there were several complaints by area residents. Lots of public comment is expected at City Hall, when the council takes up the issue at its meeting tonight.
