Warrant Issued for DUI Suspect

A warrant issued for a suspect in a DUI causing Great Bodily Injury accident… The Nevada County District Attorney’s Office requested and was granted a warrant for the arrest of Jane Hanna. Hanna was involved in a multiple car accident on November 22nd that resulted in multiple injuries to herself as well as two other victims.

District Attorney Cliff Newell says as a result a warrant for Jane Hannah’s arrest is in effect. However, Newell says that Hannah could still turn herself in.

The DA could not speak directly to the issue of Hanna apparently not appearing for her booking date.

The Superior Court Judge signed an arrest warrant for 100,000 dollars for the arrest of Jane Hanna.
