Weather Systems Improving Air Quality

A couple of weather systems with the potential for showers through Wednesday have helped improve Nevada County’s air quality that was once considered unhealthy for all residents Monday. An air quality advisory remains in effect for sensitive residents, mainly older adults, children, and people with lung or cardiovascular diseases. That means they should avoid prolonged outside activities, if possible.
