Weekly Christmas Mini-Concerts On Wednesdays

Once a week local residents can take a mid-week break from the hussle and bussle of  holiday activities and just sit and enjoy 30 minutes of peaceful live musical performances. For  the last 15 years or so, each Wednesday afternoon in December prior to Christmas, Paul Perry performs either solo or with a guest artist at the Peace Lutheran Church in Grass Valley. Perry, a founder of Music in the Mountains,  provides performances based on a variety of influences.

He also includes pieces from the classics.

The free mini-concerts begin at 4:45 and go until 5:15 at Peace Lutheran Church on Main Street in Grass Valley.
Perry says between 50 and 75 guests attend the performances each week.
