Nevada County Supervisor Hank Weston says his visit to the state capitol was productive, regarding funding requests for two local projects. Weston also says the cost of the project has dropped by 110-thousand dollars. A decision from the subcommitee is expected in about a month. The funding would also need to be approved by the full Assembly and State Senate and then sent to the governor’s desk.
