Saturday’s Food Truck Festival and Fund Raiser was a lot of fun!  I will say that I was slightly disappointed by the small number of actual food trucks, but taking into account the various other booths the total number of places to try different food was impressive!

I had a Crab Roll, my wife enjoyed a Gyro.  Both were tasty and filling.  So much so that we decided to hold off on the dessert we bought until we got home.  I have to say the dessert, the Belgium Waffle from VolksWaffle was really good!  The best waffle I have ever had!

Hope you had as much fun and we had, and I hope this event becomes a regular annual deal.  Of course, next year I won’t eat breakfast to make for more room to sample more goodies……
