That’s Lamphier’s attorney Stephen Munkelt. Lamphier was running for Grass Valley City Council in October of 2014 when an anonymous letter was sent to county staff, saying that Lamphier was viewing sexually explicit images of children. Lamphier denied the charges, and won his city council race, but resigned under pressure just days after being sworn in. After a criminal investigation by the Sheriff’s Department, three misdemeanor counts of viewing inappropriate images were filed. Lamphier still lives here, but for him, what happens now?…
