What to Do If You Test Positive

With a large number of positive COVID tests being reported the week prior to Thanksgiving, Nevada County officials are reminding people what to do if they do receive a positive test result. Public Information Officer Taylor Wolfe says first and foremost stay away from others.

Following isolation, keeping things clean and monitoring your health is the next step as well as reaching out to let others know if they have been possibly exposed.

No new data has been posted by Nevada County Public Health since last Wednesday because of the Thanksgiving holiday. The most recent data should be posted some time this afternoon.
