Wild and Scenic Film Festival Opens Thursday

The South Yuba River Citizens League Wild and Scenic Film Festival starts this week and is in two cities this year.  Festival Director Melinda Booth says they have films and topics for everyone .

Debra Winger the producer of the documentary Gasland II will also be coming to the festival as a keynote speaker.
