Wild Scenic Film Festival Goes on Tour

The Wild & Scenic Film Festival in Nevada City may be over…But the films of the festival will not be put away just yet, as SYRCL is preparing to  kick-off   the nationwide tour of many of the films that premiered at the home event. Publicity Director for the Wild and Scenic Film Festival, Samantha Hinrichs says The festival tour brings together the best of the home festival’s films in a three-hour program, that can be used to educate or as a fundraiser  for non profits,   with the goal to motivate people to go out and make a difference in their community and around the world.

The tour started in 2004 and  has also had the effect of making more people aware of  SYRCL’s film festival in Nevada City.
