Full containment could be reached later today on the Wind Complex. CalFire officials are putting containment percentages in the upper 90s, and say, overall, the Wind Complex Fire is 99 percent contained. Individually, the Lobo Fire is at 97 percent contained, the Cascade Fire is listed as 98 percent contained, and the LaPorte Fire 98 percent contained. There have been four fatalities–all from the Cascade Fire in Yuba County.
