An accident this morning involving an S-U-V and a propane tank ended up with two unrelated D-U-I arrests. Around 4:45am, the Highway Patrol, Sheriff’s Department, and Fire responded to an accident on Wolf Drive near Harmony Place. C-H-P officer Greg Tassone says there were no reports of injuries at first, with the units investigating a potential fire hazard…
Tassone says a short time later, they did find the vehicle, and it’s driver, 39 year-old Gianni Tantillo of Grass Valley. She was arrested for felony D-U-I and also had a suspended license, and could face additional hit and run charges. Tassone says while they were doing sobriety tests on Tantillo, another woman was pulling up in a driveway area near officers, and it turns out *she* was drunk…
She was arrested on misdemeanor charges.
