Woman Charged With Multiple Burglaries

A former employee of one business may be responsible for multiple burglaries in the same business complex. On Monday Grass Valley Police were called to a business in the 500 block of Brunswick Rd shortly after 10:00 AM. Sgt. Clint Bates says  someone with prior knowledge and possibly a key had entered the building and taken property containing financial information. A former employee, 28 year old female, Kori Ramirez, was identified as a potential suspect.

The investigating officer learned that several other businesses in the area were also burglarized.

Ramirez,-Kori1Police made contact with Kori Ramirez at her residence and a subsequent search located many of the stolen items. Items include financial and personal information from one business along with medical supplies and pain killers from another business. Sgt. Bates says that several businesses connected from the inside so once the suspect made entry she was able to access the other areas. Ramirez was taken into custody for burglary and receiving known stolen property. The incident remains under investigation.
