None of the victims were severely injured. Johnson says it appeared that she was under the influence of a controlled substance, but wouldn’t cooperate and wouldn’t perform any field tests. Richey was booked into the Wayne Brown Correctional Facility on several charges including assault with a deadly weapon–the shopping cart.
