Woman Linked to Pit Bull Attacks Legally Competent

Prosecution has resumed for a Grass Valley woman arrested earlier this year for allegedly allowing her two pit bulls to kill a flock of chickens and a baby goat. Newell says there’s a fairly good possibility the case may go to trial, depending on the outcome of the hearing. After Mulligan’s arrest, the dogs were taken by Animal Control to Sammi’s friends. Their current status is not known at this time.
