The festival will include a variety of classes and workshops, children’s yoga, and programs that are more therapeutically oriented, like yoga for anxiety. The festival runs through Sunday, and there’s a ‘Health and Wellness Fair’ on Saturday, which is free to the public…

There will also be live music and food.The festival is at Inner Path, 200 Commercial Street. Ernst says there’s room for a few hundred people.
