Youth Offender Pilot Pgm Approved For Nevada Co

The bill takes effect January first, when the planning process for the program begins, which also involves the courts, district attorney’s office, and law enforcement. Earlier this month, the Grand Jury recommended closing Juvenile Hall, due to a lack of cost-effectiveness.
