Yuba County Assault

A Yuba County woman contacted the Sheriff’s department Saturday saying she had been held against her will and assaulted multiple times over a 3 day period. LT. Damin Gill with the Yuba county Sheriff’s Office says the man accused is 38 year old Tyron Dyson a transient but was a cohabitant of the victim at the time of the assault. They lived in the the 18 hundred block of Hyle Ave in East Linda.

Yuba County Rape 1

Dyson was charged with rape and other sexual assault charges, Criminal threats, assault with a deadly weapon and false imprisonment. Dyson was booked into the Yuba county Jail.
