Yuba River Volunteers Collect Six Tons of Garbage

Tamo says there were hundreds of cigarette butts. The cleanup, which began 20 years ago at a couple of sites, now covers all three forks of the Yuba from Donner Summit to Marysville, and even several sites along the Bear River.
