Zumba Party in Pink

The Zumbathon Party in Pink  was on at  Club Sierra Saturday where Zumba Instructors of the Latin music based exercise program led a group in a 90 minute Party for the Cure to raise funds for breast cancer.

Also something new to Grass Valley, Zumba Dance in the Pool lead by instructor  Julie Cox who says Water Zumba was developed in response to Zumba participants who wanted something with less impact.

Cox who teaches water Zumba at Lake Wildwood in the summer months is hoping to bring the workout to grass valley soon.

All the funds raised at Saturday’s Party in Pink  will go towards Breast Cancer treatment and research thru the Susan G Komen Foundation.
