Man arrested for having illegal sex with Minor

A 29 year old Grass Valley man is under arrest for having unlawful sexual relations with a 14 year old girl. Grass Valley Police Lt. Alex Gammelgard says the couple were witnessed last Friday by two police detectives who were in an unmarked car in the area of Dorsey Drive and the freeway off ramp.

The detectives became suspicious that some unlawful interactions might be occurring and they stopped the vehicle.

Gonzales was arrested on a felony charge of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor as well as lewd and lascivious acts with a minor. Bail was set at $100,000.
