Testing Begins Second Week with No New Cases

The first numbers are in from Nevada County’s coronavirus testing site, and the news is good. According to Nevada County’s website, the number of tests has gone up by almost 400 since the community testing site at the Grass Valley Veteran’s Building opened last week, and there has not been one positive test. Governor Newsom announced yesterday (Tuesday) that the swab tests have topped a million in the state, and testing has been ramped up to over 40-thousand per day statewide.
