Villa Venezia Restaurant Closing

Villa Venezia Restaurant on Bank Street in Grass Valley  will be closing it’s doors at the end of the month. Owner  Dennis Roberts says  they’ve had a great run for 8 and a half years, but he and wife Sandi haven’t had a vacation in  over a decade,  and it’s about time.

The 66 year old Roberts says they hadn’t thought about selling the business but then they got a phone call from a local real estate broker.

Roberts says he would even be willing to pass on all the recipes of the more popular dishes at Villa Venezia, except for one.

Roberts  says he hopes everyone with a Gift Certificate or Shopping Show Certificate will be able to come in and use them before the end of the month.

Villa Venezia will officially close after business February 24th.
