The Barb Is Back: Nevada County’s Barbara Schmidt Millar Women’s Triathlon Returns

KNCO Insight spotlights the return of the Barbara Schmidt Millar Women’s Triathlon & 5K on August 30, 2026, at Cascade Shores and Scotts Flat Lake in Nevada City.
